About
Dr. Natania Crane's primary focus of research is to elucidate the brain and behavioral correlates of substance use disorders SUD), especially cannabis use disorder (CUD), to inform the development of efficacious interventions. Her research utilizes a novel multi-method approach, integrating diverse sources of information including neuroimaging (fMRI, EEG), cognitive, clinical, and self-report measures. An important aspect of her research is studying the relationship between clinical mental health factors and substance use, particularly between depression and cannabis use.
